SECRETARY DUTIES: The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club chapter records. Membership List, Chapter Bylaws, Rules of Order, Standing Rules, records of club meetups or sit downs with other clubs or crews. Responsible for the clubs social media accounts and website. All reports of misbehavior within the club, and all church minutes.  He is responsible for calling roll at church, events and sitdowns.  The Secretary must notify all members of special or emergency church or sitdowns. If the President or Vice President isn't able to attend church he can sit in and run church if he chooses to with permission from the President. By design, this person must be professionally buttoned up and surgical with how precise he is with his work and all activities related to the MC.
