PRESIDENT DUTIES: The President is the CHAIRMAN of the club.  All matters concerning relations between the club and any outside clubs/person(s) should be routed to the President for appropriate action.  The President assumes the chair at the chapters church.  He is responsible for controlling church and events keeping order at both. He is the face of the club inside and outside of GTA Online. He is souly responsible for how the club reflects it's attitude, personality and soul of the club.
